Who is SkinSations?

All bookings will require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to secure all clients desired dates and times. Deposits are deducted from the overall service price and the difference must be paid in cash or card.

I ensure the best services and products used for all clients. If there are any issues regarding a service or product used all due consideration will be given on the matter. Clients will have 5 days to reach out regarding missed hairs, and must come back in within the 10th day mark for me to provide a clean up. 

To insure that both of our times is respected, it is required that you put a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment online to cover any cancellation or no-show fees. (There will be no charge to the card upon booking, outside of the deposit placed.) 

For your convenience all appointments cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be free of charge. **Cancelling less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of the security deposit** If the payment fails to process, the balance will be applied to the clients account, and it’ll be required to pay that balance prior to booking future appointments with SkinSations LLC. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP!

All clients will receive a 1 time pass for late rescheduling/canceling. This means reaching out after the 24 hour mark to change your original appointment. **if your appointment is at 2pm on Monday you would have to reach out BEFORE 2pm on Sunday** I understand that you’re still keeping your appointment, however that time slot was allocated for you and when you last minute reschedule, I lost a potential time slot for another client to book. It would be a $15 fee after the first free pass to move your appointment with less than 24 hour notice. 

Clients wanting to reschedule due to their menstrual cycle with less than 24 hour notice will get 1 free pass. I understand that receiving a wax while on your menstrual cycle can be unpleasant and uncomfortable, however it is NOT a contraindication meaning I CAN still wax you. All I require is a fresh tampon to be inserted right before your Brazilian/deep bikini service. 

If a No Show occurs, the client will forfeit their security deposit and will have to pay a $15 no-show fee. If the payment fails to process, the balance will be applied to the client's account, and they will be required to pay that balance prior to booking future appointments with SkinSations LLC. The second no-show will result in forfeiting the security deposit, a $15 no-show fee, and will be banned from making future appointments with SkinSations LLC. Please just reach out if you can not make your appointment and we can discuss options. 

Life happens, I understand. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late without any alert to me I will either ask for us to reschedule our appointment together *which in turn results in a forfeit of your security deposit* or depending on the remaining duration of scheduled service will do what I can with time left over.  

I ask for you to leave small children with a trusted adult during the time of your service. Due to different equipment around the room, they would be required to sit still in one area and due to their age that is hard for small children. If you’re unable to obtain a babysitter please reach out and we can discuss options depending on length of service and type. Couples are not allowed to be present together during a Brazilian waxing service due to the risk of uncomfortable situations. If the service does not require the genitals to be exposed it is alright for you to bring someone in as support (I.e a leg wax, underarm, eyebrow, arm, and back wax)!
